Painting clouds are really fun! In this tutorial, I give you a step by step, instruction on how to paint different types of clouds and my best painting tips to help you paint your own skies. Step 1: Paint sky blue in a gradient Step 2: Paint clouds using the brushes and strokes seen in the video. Step 3: Paint your landscape how you wish. Here are the painting tips for painting clouds. Tip #1 - Use the right brush for the clouds. In this video, I share what brushes I use for each type of cloud I paint. Tip #2 - Leaving white streaks in your blue sky looks like clouds in the distance. Tip #3 - Play with different colors in your skies to get a different feel before you add in your clouds.
