In this art lesson kids learn how to paint a really simple mountain landscape with pine trees. I make this simple to teach and simple to learn. First I read the lesson plan or for my kids they are old enough to read it. In the lesson plan kids learn about value, contrast, and how to create the illusion of space. Then they use what they learned with an art project. I make it easy for you and your kids/students by giving you a video tutorial that gives, step by step, instructions for this watercolor art project. I always leave room for kids to be creative and express themselves. I hope you enjoy this art lesson! step 1: download & print the lesson planstep 2: gather art suppliesThe supply list is in the lesson plan. I always try to keep the supplies simple.
