Materials Needed

1. Canvas Panels  (the size you wish to use, I suggest 8x10” or smaller)
2. Blue and White Acrylic Paint 
3. Large Flat Brsush
4. Blue Nailpolish
5. Micron "Artist"  Pen Set black
6. 1 large disposable cake pan or tupperware container you don’t mind throwing away.
7. Latex or rubber gloves.
8. Toothpicks or stick of some sort for stirring.
9. Warm Water (to fill container)
10. Pallette or Dish (to mix acrylic paint on)
11. Paper towels
