While we were in Maryland we stayed at Little Benett Regional Park that was situated in the forest just outside of D.C. There is a great network of trails to explore there and we had so much fun taking advantage of that. It was autumn while we were here, but the leaves were just barely turning. So much of the forest is still green. Since I couldn't capture the bright colors of the leaves yet, I decided to capture the sun setting in the forest. It is such a lovely thing to see, even in a relatively dark forest. I hope you get the chance to explore here "Into the Woods."
